Automatic wire generation

The system comes with a built-in case
database. After completing the landmark
points as prompted, it automatically generates
the required archwire shape. It also supports
fine-tuning of the archwire and allows direct
control of device start/stop operations via the
software interface.

Digital bending

It supports various orthodontic processing parts
such as curved double arrowheads, doublecurved lip arches, and single-arm clasps.
Equipped with a high-precision camera and oneclick automatic wire calibration, the system,
empowered by artificial intelligence technology,
achieves high accuracy, stability, and
repeatability.

Switch between different wire
diameters

Automatically detects and adapts to the current
wire diameter. Supports switching between
0.7mm, 0.8mm, and 0.9mm wires without
requiring equipment adjustment.

3D-printed base and automatic
bending matching

Design a resin base, 3D print it, automatically
generate wire clips, and combine it with the
automatically bending wires to complete the
assembly.

Safety Protection

Equipped with a protective cover to effectively
prevent workpieces from splashing and ensure
operational safety.
